How long will frozen seafood last in the freezer?
Most commerical freezers are colder by about 10° F than a home freezer. For commerical uses seafood can be kept for about one year at 0° F. In a home freezer seafood should be tossed out after six to nine months at a setting of 10° F.

How long can I keep cooked product in the refrigerator?
Cooked fish can be kept for three to five days in refrigerator storage. Shellfish should be used
within one to two days of refrigerator storage. Check your refrigerators tech manual to make sure
that the refrigerator is on the proper setting for optimal storage times.
