How can I get nutritional information for Wanchese fresh and frozen products?

What are the guidelines for safe handling of seafood products?
When buying fresh or frozen seafood always purchase from a reputable distributor or grocer. Look for a freshness date on the package and refrigerate or freeze immediately after purchase.

When preparing seafood follow the processor’s instructions on the package and thaw product in the refrigerator, never in warm water. Keep product refrigerated at 38° until time to prepare, wash all surfaces and tools thoroughly and follow the safe handling regulations put out by the FDA for handling of meat products.

When cooking make sure product has been heated all the way through and be sure to refrigerate any leftovers immediately after serving.
